The Efficacy of Continuous Corrective Feedback on Writings of Saudi EFL Students

چکیده

The present study aims to investigate the perceptions of EFL students on Corrective Feedback (C F) and assess efficacy continuous explicit writings preparatory year female Umm Al Qura University in Saudi Arabia. sample consisted eleven from an entire class who volunteered for study. To reach study’s objectives, online survey was conducted gain insight into how felt about receiving CF. Also, observations semi-structured interviews were exercised get in-depth information Furthermore, estimate Feedback, pre-Corrective post-Corrective performances writing tasks compared. In addition, T-test value also calculated using SSPS software. findings demonstrated that see CF favorably, a comparison their before after feedback’s beneficial effects. seems significant practicing teachers learners as takes practical principled approach. it brings up date with current thinking perception error correction language learning.
